As a remedial massage therapist myself, I am focusing on physical “Health” factor. So what is physical health? According to the definition from “Physical health – EUPATI Toolbox”, physical health is defined as the condition of your body, taking into consideration everything from the absence of disease to fitness level. Physical health is critical for overall well-being, and can be aff lifestyle, diet, level of physical activity and behavior. “Behavior” – such as movement pattern and overall posture.
So keep a active lifestyle being with suitable physically activities for your personal preference, sleeping well, eating well, having a good hygiene and getting enough relaxation too, all above factors is considerate how to maintain a good physical health.
Let break down one by one factor to maintain a good physical health.
Being active lifestyle:
Choose a suitable physical activity that interested to you, such as walking, hiking, swimming, yoga, gym circuit exercise, running, dancing etc., the most important part is keep it consistent. No one can keep healthy if only being a weekend warrior, spare some quality of time for yourself everyday by doing physical activities is crucial factor to maintain healthy active lifestyle, it mato 30 minutes per day for start. Once you got into a habit then you will gain the confidence and maintain your motivation to carry on.
Also maintain a good posture and move your body accordingly to prevent unnecessary soft tissue wears and tears. (We can discuss it face to face in my clinic how to maintain a good posture and move accordingly effective.)
Set up a regular sleeping time, go to bed and wake up in the similar time everyday, your body will used to it.
Also pay attention to what you eat and drink, don’t go to bed hungry or stuffed.
Create a restful environment, keep your room in neutral temperature, dark and quiet.
Limited daytime naps.
Include physical activities in your daily routine.
And manage stress.

Getting enough relaxation:
Breathing exercises are one of the most simplest relaxation strategies and can effectively calm your stressed-out body and mind anywhere at any time.
Release physical tension.
Write down your thoughts.
Make a list what worrying you.
Visualize your calm.
Most important part (at lease it is for myself) is connect to nature.
