Sharing our passion for remedial massage, reflexology and lymphatic drainage on the Sunshine Coast
Rainbow Concepts Remedial Centre was established in 2007 by Benny Ka Leung Chu, who worked as a sole trader in a number of health clinics throughout the Sunshine Coast. During this time, Benny worked in both an acupuncture clinic in Eumundi and a remedial massage clinic in Caloundra. In 2013, he recruited his own team and established our current practice in Currimundi.
Our goal is to help your quality of life. Whether this is helping improve sports or dance performance, enhancing your mobility or finding relief from pain, our holistic approach will target the source of the problem, not just the symptoms. This helps provide long-lasting results, so you can get back to what you love doing.

About Benny Chu
“My goal is always the same—to help my clients live pain-free lives.” – Benny Chu
Benny began his career in natural therapies as a relaxation massage therapist. While this type of massage can provide short-term relief from aches and pains, headaches and stress, it cannot give the long-term health benefits he knew could be possible with remedial massage therapy.
With Benny’s ultimate ambition of helping people with whatever chronic or acute issue they have, he began to expand his knowledge and skills. He set out on a journey of discovery, both in study and in himself. During this time, he completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage, learning about the anatomy, physiology and alignment of the body.
Since completing his formal studies, Benny has continued to research and develop his skills. This has led to him being recognised as a leading remedial massage practitioner on the Sunshine Coast. His business has grown from strength to strength, with his customer base now including professional athletes, personal trainers, avid gym enthusiasts and health practitioners, as well as the everyday person.
Benny’s difference lies in his ability to accurately assess the underlying cause of pain. For example, rather than giving temporary relief to a headache, he’s able to find the route of the problem, stopping it from returning while the body is still in proper alignment.
More recently, he’s completed a Cert. IV in Training and Assessment, which allows him to provide a job training package to the other massage practitioner. Further to this, he continues to study and research how the body’s alignment and imbalance can affect the musculoskeletal system, and how to use non-chiropractic treatments to help improve alignment and improve soft tissue.
